Q1: Product Satisfaction Guarantee?

Samples: 

If sample quality didn't meet your requirements or sample time more than 7 days after receiving payment and artwork approved. sample cost will be refunded.

 

Mass productions: 

We can accept 3rd Inspection before shipment. 

If goods are not qualified with the pre-production samples you confirmed, we will redo the production.

 

Q2: What is your standard mass production turnaround time?

Our standard lead time is 15 to 20 business days after the final approval on artwork & PI we send prior to printing.  


Q3: What is your standard sample time?

5-7 days


Q4: Could I get a sample?

YES, if you need a random sample, it’s FREE. But shipping cost might be around $35.  

If you need a custom digital printed sample, sample cost with shipping might be around $50.

 

Q5: Is there any way I can get fastest shipping?

Yes we do offer rush service plan with 4 or 6 business days by express. 

 

Q6: Can I print custom/my own artwork?

Yes as we are specialized in all sort of customize printing so you can have your own artwork printed.

We have our designer to make the artwork upon your ideas for FREE. 


Q7: How do I make sure what would be finish product look alike?

Normally we do work on digital proof with flat and 3d view for the approval so that makes all clear what exactly the box will look alike after printing and assembling. Also for bulk orders we send a physical sample with small sampling fee to make sure everything should be printed as per customer requirements.

 

Q8: Do you ship worldwide and to my warehouse?

Yes, we are entertaining thousands of customers in USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East Countries, Newzeland & Australia etc.

We offer DDP term to door delivery! Including all duty and freight. You can just wait to receive the goods only.

We have a skilled labor force and highly advanced offset, digital and screen process available in-house. 

 

Q11: What file type you require for printing?

We require psd, pdf, ai, format with min of 300dpi file for printing if available

If no artwork, we can design for you for FREE.
